We’re having a book giveaway today through Thursday on The Helpful Blogger, and I didn’t want you all to miss out. I’ve posted a book review and the instructions for the giveaway over there. The book is EAT TO LIVE by Joel Fuhrman, MD. It’s a wonderful and useful book, packed with info on nutrition, what to eat to stay healthy and even reverse some diseases, and info on weight management, too. Hope you’ll take a look.
Art This Week
Here’s what I painted in class this week… Yikes. To me, it looks like a river filled with debris – albeit, debris of pretty colors. I’m going to carve out some time to have another go at it this week. I’ll show you the results, if they are show-worthy.
Also, I have completely refurbished by on-line gallery. Right now there are only three paintings – or maybe four – in it. I plan to post a painting a day for a while. It’s at Daily Paintworks . Have a look if you have time.
THE BOYS
Bugsy and Knuckles have been busy too. They seem to think they are in charge of my desk now that I’m writing and working on the big computer more. They do demand their space. They are pretty good at managing my time and egging me into taking a break or two (or ten) during the day.
We are participating in the Sunday Selfie Blog Hop put on by The Cat on My Head blog. Please join in. Here’s their selfie for today…
Have a great week everybuddy…
hugs, Bugsy, Knuckles and Lou
How do you get any work done with those two around? BTW, I think your painting is a lot better than you seem to believe!
Ahhhh… you are so right… Work slows to a halt when the boys are in office-management mode.
Lookin’ good boys! Dang, that art is so beautiful!
THE boys are good snoopervisors
The boys did a super job with their selfie. We love your Painting!!!
The Florida Furkids
Bugsy and Knuckles took an excellent selfie this week. 😉
Thanks….
Bugsy & Knuckles,
Your human is quite an artist! And as to the “felines on the desk thing” these humans need to understand that this issue is non-negotiable and that standing on computer keys, papers and various other objects of what they refer to as “their” desk (MOL) is an act required in the cat code of conduct.

Great selfie boys.
Your river painting is great, Lou. And the boys are so handsome — how nice to have such wonderful snoopervisors. 🙂
Great selfies! We really like your river painting 🙂

Love the selfies, and the colors in your painting, it does look like flowers in water to me. 🙂
Oh you guys look lively! So handsome (and we missed the giveaway….)
