Living in Florida, it’s often hard to get in the Christmas spirit. Yesterday, we decorated the condos on the outside and it looks tropically beautiful. Now, I just need to do something on the inside; however, with the boys, it’ll be minimal and unbreakable.
Have been working on some paintings lately. Here’s the one I painted this week.
It’s available on my new site. on FASO… Yes, it’s the end of the year and the beginning of a new year… Out with the old and in with the new. So, I’ve switched back to a more comfortable site…. You can visit this painting here, if you’re interested…
The boys have been busy trying to convince me to get a Christmas tree. That’s definitely not going to happen… Can’t imagine!
Anyway, we’re participating in the Sunday Selfie Blog Hop. Sorry we’ve missed a couple of weeks. Please join in if you like. It’s put on by The Cat on My Head blog.
Knuckles… up close and personal…
Have a great week….

That’s a lovely flower painting, and I love Knuckles’ selfie too! Here in California, the holiday season has a certain smell to it, and that’s about the only way we know how to get into the mood! We don’t get any great changes of weather… maybe a touch more than you do in Florida.
such lovely artwork and love the photo! We have been having unseasonably warm weather here in Michigan so it is hard to get into writing cards and all, it is supposed to snow later in the week so I will probably start working on them then.
What a great close up, Knuckles!
Nice selfie Knuckles. Pretty painting too.
It’s strange how weather governs Christmas mood. Here it pretty much always falls in murky gloom and rain, seldom ever snow at Christmas. Sort of quite a relief having time off but now the human is retired it’s same old same old 24/7/365. Now that is a lovely picture and certainly one to lift the spirits. The flower is beautiful too!

Its summer here (at LAST!!) so we are enjoying summer after a dreary grey 8 months (or so it seems).
Shame about the tree. Knuckles looks gorgeous!
