Knuckles here…. we are at the end of the first couple days of Bugsy’s Move More plan. We don’t believe in weight control through restricting food. That would be torture. So, I signed on to be Bugsy’s trainer and specifically to help him move more. Here’s our first week of training.
First, I figured Bugsy would take to the regime more readily if he looked good while doing it. So, I put together a little exercise outfit to put him in the mood…. Snazzy, right?
DAY ONE: We started with a little easy Weight Lifting…. He is surprisingly strong!!!
Next, a little cardio work on the treadmill was on the list. Checkers decided to participate too….
Then…. the grand-daddy of weight loss routines…. my own invention… THE KNUCKLES’ SUPER DUPER OBSTACLE COURSE... (Note: do not put in your time on the Obstacle Course when your bean is home)… just sayin’…
DAY ONE was a big success…. Yay BUGSY!!!!
DAY TWO, however, not so much…
Don’t worry…. Bugsy will continue his workouts. I’ll keep you posted on the results and if you need a trainer, I’m your guy…

I LOVE the obstacle course!
Very cute double selfie! My cat bro Bert is always on a diet. He doesn’t believe in the portion control forced upon him, nor does he believe in exercise. He suggests really hard cat naps to snore off some calories…dreams of big mice chase games, things like that.

Love the selfie but not the workout routine (except Day 2). Mom is trying to get me to lose weight, good luck with that. Love Rhette
