Before we resort to the Va-Va-Voom, hard core wake-up techniques for those very hard to wake up human beings, we must try all the gentle approaches we can. If the flyover does not work, then try this technique. It’s the Nose Tap.
Ever -so- gently tap your human on the nose. Breakfast is just around the corner.

We have read about other kitties using this method. It is way to subtle for our humans. We prefer the punishment method. If we are not fed on time, something bad will happen that the humans will not like. Breakfast is NEVER late. XOCK, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo
We haven’t used that method. We prefer the much less subtle technique of sitting on the mom’s head. 😀
My kitty brother does this sometimes, but it doesn’t work real well. Are you supposed to do this with claws retracted? I think that’s where he’s messing up.
What a great wake yo call.
Now that is sweet. Thank you so much for the book. It arrived yesterday. If you’d like us to do a post about it just email us some pix and we would love to put a post together. Just let us know. Have a terrific Tuesday.
Best wishes Molly
