I painted this one with a completely blank mind…. no word in mind at all. So, I’m posting it for you to name. If a caption comes to mind while looking at this piece, please let me know in a comment below.
We’re almost half way through the month. January always goes fast for me. Since I’ve done the 30-Day painting challenge last year and this year, January seems to speed by.
With Valentines day coming soon, watch for some hearts in the paintings to come.
Have a great day…. Can’t wait to find out what the name of this painting is.
Wheels in Motion. Have a terrific Tuesday.
Best wishes Molly
Good one…. Thanks.
Hi Lou,
I’m with Molly in feeling a sense of motion. Before I read her comment, the word “Momentum” came to mind. What a beautiful abstract painting!
Cheers,
Eve
I was going to say “Opposites Attract” but I really like Eve’s” Momentum”
Eve… yes, Momentum is a good one too.
Ohhhhh good ones…
WE are not very good at this butt here goes… AHEAD of the CURVE
sort of like the road signs saying Curve Ahead… butt BACKWARDS… and we think all of your paintings are Ahead of the Curve… and we mean that in a GOOD WAY.
Nice …. Thanks Frankie and Ernie.
I love this one Lou. The bold geometry, the bold colors the angles and the circle. And the subtle shapes in the lower part. It reminds me of lines in an old poem: “thought has nothing to do with reality” And/or “go beyond thinking”. I love looking forward to your art every morning – like Christmas!!!
Thanks, Jim and I look forward to your comments….
I like Momentum too – all my thoughts were variations of that.
Thanks Sparkle… I think it just might be Momentum by popular demand. We’;ll see what else comes in.
